基本上, 每星期日早上都練習, 但雷雨就暫停, 球隊唔會有特別通知招收新人, 如果有興趣可以隨時到場試玩, 鍾意的話, 更可即時入會.
另一個球會叫tiger, 在京士柏練習. 但荔枝角住, 應該係大坑東比較方面.

如果要tiger 的資料, 你要到欖總會再查看, 但紅磡住, 你可以搭綠van (no.2 / 2A) 都可以到大坑東球場, 其實非常方便, 反之, Tiger 在京士柏練習, 每次要行一條長斜路上, 好辛苦.
由紅磡去可以坐van, 回程時在球場門口就有巴士 12A. 有興趣不妨嘗試下啦 !!
