The centre next to my daughter 's playgroup actually seems pretty good. She is going to join their phonics classes in Aug when she reaches 3. I talked to their teachers, and they seem very passionate about education and kids seem to happy when I saw them. The kids were all speaking in English and I most classes are very small or one-on-one. It's in Causeway Bay though.
