應該係跟交表number排，我number好前，所以first, second, third in 都好早。

1st and 2nd in arrangement is based on the app no.
for 3rd in.... well, if an IT staff was tasked to generate the list of interviews, only if he/she was asked to make it random, the list has to be based on something for sorting, rite?

and for the final interview, it make sense to arrange the interviews per preferences as that will make the principal 's life easier to compare and pick the one she likes.

if not, how could she come back from a pick at interview no.298 and compare it by feel with that at interview no.2??!

technically speaking, cuz principal lam is a human being not a machine, there should be some kind of sorting that let the principal to make a sensible decision among 300 candidates.
