Percentile score range from 0 to 100. They show where, in comparison with 99 other students, how a student has scored. If a student achieved a percentile  score of 20 it would mean that out so a sample of 100 students, 20 students would score the same or lower. The range for a percentile score is between 25% and 75%.

e.g. >99%，即係一100個人當中，排第一
>99.9% 就係1000人當中排第一

The range for a percentile score is between 25% and 75%.
呢句即係話由排第25至75

即是100人中，那學生排第80.

即是說如果某學生的分數是在20th percentile的話, 這代表在100個學生內, 有共20個學生的分數係低過或等如該學生, 你亦可看成, 這學生在100個學生內排第80.
