要考慮目的係自住定出租投資，如自住，location, 好校區會對保值升值好有影響，最好現場睇隣居質數，花園同前門打理得好吾好，睇治安。如投資，要揾容易打理，如花園細同少草地植物，不然完約好易發現變左森林！
另二手樓因為閑閑地幾十一百年樓，一定要揾surveyor 驗樓睇結構漏水潮濕蟲患等問題，同估值，有問題再決定go or no go, 或同業主要求減價。比offer業主accept offer 後吾使比訂金，直至 exchange contract, 期間雙方都可以收變主意，基本上無後果，買方可能損失survey費用同legal search 費用，問清律師費係吾係數no deal no fee。買方吾使比經紀佣。

To support your buy decision, a standard buyer report plus valuation will cost around £400 for a 2~3 bedroon house. Costs vary depending on which town as you can imagine London will cost more. A detailed structural report will cost more. You can ask the property agent to recommend a few surveyors (and solicitors). You can also ask Xountrywide (which is a nationwide surveyor firm) to quote for price comparison.

Good luck with house hunting! I assume you know that all properties for sale are all listed on Rightmove.com, right? And from what I know good sized modern looking kitchens are always very popular. I guess the woman in the household is usually the boss who makes the final decision
