不正確。現有ESF學生政府承諾資助到yr 13。
未入的話2016/7起無資助。

應該是明年入讀 Year 1 的學生才沒有政府津貼。

亦不對，明年2016/7起新入讀ESF任何年級都無津貼。

In 2016-17, all other year groups (except Year 1) will continue to enjoy the subvention from the government, including new students joining Years 2 to 13 in the year.

Existing students admitted before 2016/17 will be subvented until they finish year 13

I m afraid you didn't understand what the letter says. No, $17k will be added to current annual tuition fees, not increasing monthly fee to $17k

I think even after the addition of 17k, esf is amongst the cheapest international schools in Hk
