You may try Creative Learning Centre (23305997).
They have very good comprehensive English  and Chinese Course for kids in K1- P1.  

In summer, they will have a new course for kids to prepare for P1.  It covers English (listening, oral, writing and phonic etc), Chinese and mathmatics.

But details of summer courses are not yet available.  You can call them to get more information first.

各位沙田媽咪，我介紹一間小朋友的校外課程給大家。

地址：沙田新城市商業大厦五樓
他們是全語文教學，我的女兒由一歲半開始在這裏學習，
我女兒現在快將六歲；今年九月便要入讀小一。
她的語文基礎打得非常好，她現在可以自己作句字和
可閱讀一整編文章。他們入讀年齡低至六個月，
有很多人報讀，請早點查詢，他們在九龍好像也有分校。
