Failed UK VISA application, please help.

我7/7 取 visa, 都是即場問, 佢地比咗e-mail 地址我，還叫我即日內e-mail 過去, 應該1-2 日會收到消息。我即時搵agent攪。UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry Service 無回覆。於是在9/7 直接打電話比Enquiry Service 投訴(要收通話費)，他們同我send urgent e-mail to Manila，14/7 才收到Manila的e-mail，現在才處理我的 case.

今天終於有時間上去領回passport，阿女在visa上travel period內回英開學，所以無問題！但自動附有一封信，內容話可以在4/8至6/11到英國！各位daddy mummy不用担心了:dadday:

我都想知多D封信嘅內容呀，我下星期上禮頓中心，要準備D乜及要點搞呢？

現在更正：原來日期是求學時段，即是4/8/2015至6/11/2017
我上次睇唔到年份，所以擺烏龍

下面有一段寫：If you do not travel to the UK within this 30 day period, your visa will expire and you will need to apply for a replacement Visa

Update:

Just got the VISA, the office made adjustment of the clearance permit period.  My son's CAS term starting date is 1/9, previous rule is 1 month prior to this date. Now the period is late August to late September, which matches my intended landing date of early September.

I have asked the staff anything could be done for those who already got the VISA, and the clearance permit expires before their intended landing date. They offer a website and asked those affected write to the VISA office in Manila and see if any remedies other than changing the flight schedule.
NB: The VISA office allocated my son's school as the location to collect his BRP, even we did not enter the info in the application. (At that time we still do not know the school can deliver the BRP.)

Visa valid : from 8/8 to 7/9
我15/8 到UK 要10日內去post office 攞 BRP
Luckily my selected post office opening from Monday to Sunday

I collect my son's visa this morning and have the same problem. The last  clearance date is 29 Aug but my son will only arrive UK on 6 Sept.
Can any JM share your experience on how to correct the last clearance date to at least cover the intended arrival date ?

可pm 個email address 同Enquiry Service電話我嗎？我個申請冇晒反應，好驚唔見咗。
