International school accepts student by age appropriate. You cannot apply a form upper or lower of your age group without a valid reason.

May I ask u a question . Say for ICS, the cut off DOB is September 1 For k1. If applicant is born for example in November , he or she will need to apply one year later than the kids who is born before September 1?

Exactly!
Some IS cut off at 31 dec. Eg. ESF CDNIS. Others usually at 31 aug or 1 sept
