I bought some a few weeks ago, I tried one of them, found it not very interesting when comparing to the other sets, so, I have put them aside and have never seen it since then. If you want more info, I could spend some time this weekend to watch one and let you know my comments next week.

I am looking a set of logical education kits for my BB.
I saw "Brainy Baby" is getting some education awards (as it label in the disc cover), I wonder if it's worth to buy since it cost $168 x 6.

I am also considering "First Steps to reading" and "Baby Enstein" now. Which is better?

My baby is 5 months now and I have started with Right and Left Brain when my baby was three months old. When my baby watch the right brain now, she seems very concentrated on watching and she will laugh at certain frames. But they are not in the cartoon style. I also bought the ABC last week, it is quite good in phonics and the songs. So far, I have three Brainy Baby DVDs.

I have both Brainy Baby (BB) and Baby Einstein (BE). These are are very very similar. I'd suggest you to pick one out of these 2 and stick with the chosen one for baby from 6m-12m. These 2 sets are mainly for stimulating bb's sense development and concepts, and not for teaching English. I have "First Steps" (FS) also, and it is for teaching English, so, it is hard to compare FS with BB or BE.

For BB and BE, they both offer some peripherals like books and BE has picture cards as well. So, besides the DVD/VCD, you could consider buying the books and cards as well.
