我上嗰個香港數學奧林匹克協會web 見到有以上兩個比賽，是否華夏盃勁d?

印像中好似有一年(第一屆?)港澳杯決賽在中文大學舉行, 不果呢個比賽的參賽學生肯定以香港學生佔大多數, 如果決賽在香港搞, 肯定賺少好多$$

the organization will hold a ceremony on 25/5 (Mon).  I understand that the certificate will be distributed to the contestants via school later.  So does anyone know what will be done at the ceremony ? the invitation list is sooooo long.

上年去過, 就係排隊上台, 拎住假證書影相, 落台, 完. 真正係台上半分鐘, 台下十年功

thank you for the information.

my kid wants to go.  but each session lasts for 1 - 1.5 hrs ! So most of the time will be just seating and waiting on the floor of the hall.  

it is then quite time-wasting.  As exam will come soon, I prefer not to go.

其實點解唔可以一次過呢個小朋友有幾多項咁頒獎？要分開唔同時段，令人費解
如果一次過咁就值得去一次！

alternatively, the organization can combine the photo-taking of various contests for P1 students in one session, then various contests for P2 students in another session, and so on. ..  This will save much waiting time for a contestant who may have joined different contests.

judging from the photos, not many contestants attended the "photo-taking" ceremony last year

其實每年有吾少依D 頒獎禮, 去與不去本來冇mug 所謂，不過, 換個角度睇. 個頒獎禮係小朋友用自已實力增取番離，始中幾千人中能夠走到頭30 個絕對不易, 能夠參與對佢地都係種鼓勵。我識好多同學仔參加比赛多年, 想去都未有這個資格。
