For your information, Letter is as following:

Dear Parents / Guardians,

We are glad to inform you that the application for admission of your child XXX XXXX is successful.

You are requested to come to join our Briefing Session on 30 May 2015 (Saturday)

Time: A.M. Class Session (KG1D, 1E, 1F) 9:00am - 9:45am.

Due to the limit places of the Conference Room, only one member of each child's family is invited. i.e. father or mother. It is not necessary for the the child to come.

Please note that the place will be automatically cancelled if the parent does not arrive on time.
