If study at their Kindergarten / Reception, which one is easier to get in their primary school?  (Given both of them are not guarantee but)

Hearsay: if you are ESF hillside, quite good chance to ESF primary because only 1 ESF KG on HK island. ICS is not 100% guaranteed to pre-grade 1.
