Small World vs ESF Hillside

Got AM offer for small world and PM offer for ESF. What should I consider when making the decision?

I guess a key question is which has a better chance to get into their respective primary school?

I heard that ESF pm offer gets a lower priority to get into their primary (vs. am offer)... May I know if this is true?
