See post 57. You will need to take one of those 4 paths on the list. If you have purchased a capital note, then no need for annual levy. If you do not have a capital note by the time the school is built (scheduled for occupancy at beginning of 2017-18 school year) then you will need to pay 10% of the then-current ICN annually, which is estimated to be $40000 in addition to tuition and materials fees.
