I just called the campus and they said they had sent out letter to those pass... Which means no hope if no letter today

I think a lot is about the parent. Kids might not talk, but the parent can tell the teacher and try to show that the kid well understands English and instructions. These tips are shared in previous post, and we found it useful.

My kid went and told the teacher what animal she got in her hand and can answer all questions. We still waiting for the letter. Maybe you are right, they are not looking for these type of kids.
