I know one newly opened...i know the owner for a long time (private tutoring my daughter and sonfor a long time) and they're very keen on education and focus on children's growing/maturity...

my kids love him and he really helps them a lot, not only in knowledge, but also in maturity...i think that's so invaluable and important....you don't want your kid to learn any bad habits from anyone...
