Already finished the application process and got confirmation email. My application No is 1505xx...so I guess we are the no. 5xx applicant at just 2pm...

I have no problem in submitting it, very fast and easy.  May be u check again whether you have uploaded the photo & birth cert.  Whether all fields are filled in,
