It doesn't make sense if the result announce after the submission of Govt 2nd batch lottery application. The school don't allow the parents to participate into Govt 2nd batch lottery, they should inform the result before the parents submit the 2nd batch lottery

The Govt 2nd batch lottery application will start in Jan 31-Feb 1, 2015

I saw parents in other thread say yes.  Books and drawings are fine.  But one of the ppl in my group did that.
