Cambridgge IGCSE and Edexcel IGCSE, which one is a bit easy?

Anyone knows:

Any difference in the level or degree ofdifficulty between the IGCSE offered by Edexcel and CIE (Cambridge) . I know CIEor Edexcel IGCSE both of them are good and recognized by International and UK.

I would like to know which one is a biteasier to get higher grade. As the Sixth Form college/school in UK and Universitywill not care you take which  exam board and they  only care what your grade you getfrom your subject.

Edexcel Chinese 是否沒有分first language 和 second language?
因在網上找不到有first 同second，只寫著Chinese！但Cambridge 我見有first 同second ，
我聽說 香港無得報 Cambridge second language ，是否屬實？
