If I haven't decided which country (including hk) I'll send my kids to study university, am I right to say that schools with IB scheme is an ideal choice as it's recognised by more universities?

Yes, IB is most flexible.  You can pretty much use IB scores to apply to universities in most countries.
今日佳句: 我以往也以為國際板的家長也有質素,但現在才知deal with 一些麻煩家長也不易!

Yes. That's the reason why i picked a school with IB program too. Do note thought that PYP (primary IB program) can be academically quite different from our own learning experience (including those who grew up abroad). Many traditional parents would call it academically weak as they do not emphasize on the technical learning such as grammar, spelling and arithmetic. According to IB program they have researched on how child learn best and assured us the kids will pick up those technical skills later on without hindering learning in the long run. However, it is a bit alarming if the parents are not open minded about it.
