which level are you asking?  P1 or P2?For P1, kids usually can finish their hw in 1 or 1.5 hour.
For P2, they can finish their hw within 2 hours.
(Since my boy's chinese handwriting is not so good, he usually needs more time to finish his chinese hw.)
