小朋友而家一歲屋企除左helper外主要都係講中文有咩方法可以令小朋友英文好同考入IS
如果playgroup或者n班有冇推介?

Also watch out for bad grammar / accent of domestic helpers! You definitely don't want the child to pick that up from the helper, especially if you are not sure about the correct grammar yourself (even near native speaking grown ups may sometimes repeat the bad grammar from a helper if they are not conscious about it).

Yes, definitely take the child to play groups. For a young child under 2 years of age, also consider hiring an English tutor to come to your place to "play" with the child for an hour a day (for a few times a week). I heard of people doing that but have no sources, but if you ask around i am sure you can find some.

When my nephew was 2, we joined the block-a-lot. Now, he's 7, he still learns at block-a-lot. Very caring teachers, they are at Causeway Bay.

I would recommend you to IS kindergarten's playgroup. Woodlands is good but less competitive to get in once you join their playgroup. They have 2 days/3 days playgroup. David Exodus kindy does not interview the kids/parents. You can enroll once the kid meets the age requirement. There are some other small kindies that do not have interviews but offer place, e.g. Leapfrog. And many expats' kids are going there.
