培道網站話8月29日會公佈2015-2016年度小一及幼稚園收生資料

Application for Primary One (2015-2016)

(1) Number of vacancies: Around 160

(2) Age: At least 5 years and 8 months old on 01-09-2015.

(3) Procedure:

(i)    Application form can be obtained:

a. in person from the school office from 01-09-2014 to 20-09-2014

b. by downloading from the school website

　 (ii)    Submission of application forms:

a. The completed application forms should be returned in person to the school office

b. Date: 20-09-2014 (Saturday)

c. Time: 08:00-16:00

d. Required documents:

-       A completed application form affixed with a recent photo of the applicant

-       One identical photo (same as the application form)

-       A photocopy of birth certificate

-       Photocopies of the latest school report and award attained (maximum of 3 items)

-       Photocopies of the applicant’s Catholic Baptism Certificate (if applicable)

-       Two self-addressed and stamped ($1.70) envelopes

e. An application fee of HK$100 (cash only)

f.    After the submission of the form, an interview slip and a receipt will be provided.

·    The above information given to our school is for the admission procedures only. Upon completion of the admission procedure, the documents will be destroyed and not be returned.

·    In order to save resource and time, no portfolio will be accepted.

(4) Date of Interview:

      First Round Interview: 11-10-2014 (Saturday)

      Final Round Interview: 01-11-2014 (Saturday)

·    The time for the interview is printed on the interview slip. Applicants who fail to attend the interview at specified date and time or fail to present the interview slip will not be considered.

(5) Announcement of interview result:

      First Round : 24-10-2014 (Friday)

      Final Round : 21-11-2014 (Friday)

·    All applicants will be informed of the interview results by mail. The list of successful applicants will be uploaded to the school website.
