聽到校長咁講野,真係心都寒埋

一般商業機構管理層會因公司文化, 管理人的性格+能力同工作性質 + 下屬的性向而取相對有效的方法.   不一定循循善誘, 亦可能只有高壓或紀律管制才有效,

學校底社福機構會好不同? 我未做過, 不過可想像其困難性.

其實我地大家都唔知當中嘅前因後果，但我覺得，如果真係表現不好時，俾校長訓話都無可口非，萬一當有一日有家長作出投訴時巳經太遲。作為家長，都只希望有好老師去教育我地下一代啫。

坦白講，校長無心畀人聽到。人家聽後不知前因後果就拿出來覺得校長不對，的確好大商確。

職場不是學堂。家長請老師上門補習和學樂器，如果老師散慢或小朋友學不好，會否又去教導老師如何教自己子女呢？

我亦沒說校長做法不當，只是指出重點。老師/校長的專業是教導，但結果是他(們)也教不好下屬，這代表甚麼？是上級指導出問題?還是下屬拒絕學習? 無論如何？都是學校必須解決的問題。

你错了。
教師是專業，教導学生是老師的工作。
校長的工作是管理学校，做的是行政工作。
校長的工作不是教導老師，而是分配工作给老師。
莫非你認為老闆要支付你薪金去教導你工作？

OMG!
School is not the place for teachers practising and learning!
Teachers need to deliver their professionalism & capability in the education field!
Don't you expect your boss to teach you in office?

As a sub-ordinate, I never expect to be taught by my boss but fortunately most of my bosses (over 5) have taught me a lot! They really teach me (not learn from them by myself). It is so sorry to hear that most people did not meet any good boss. However it doesn't mean that there is no good boss in the world. At least I met 5 in my life.

As my sub-ordinates' boss, I always teach them (not just organize and control). It is because I believe good coaching & mentoring (including one-to-one training / teaching) is the best way to enable a person to achieve his/her full potential. You may not agree but this is my management style, it works well up to this moment.

As a Drill & Expedition (Hiking) instructor of a youth uniformed group, I enjoy teaching the youth even though it is very challenging and I am not paid. I always try the youth teaching / training technique on my sub-ordinates, surprisingly it works better than expected. Hence I do not think that those techniques used in school cannot be applied to business areas. It depends on how and when you apply.
If your thinking is positive, you will have good luck!! Be cheerful!!

我認為教育不是，亦不應單單是一份工作。沒有愛心及理想的人，不配當教育工作者。若然對教育有理想，是樂於教導別人的 -  不論所教的對象是何人。

但我都識一兩位老師同我講(其實係我朋友同親戚)，佢地心態純粹係打份工，薪高糧盡，根本無心去培育下一代，我聽到心都寒，如果自己小朋友俾着佢地教，死得。

我覺得校長是在校長室內訓示老師我表現是正常且合理。佢無預到門外有家長，亦非當眾大罵。作為成年人，不是以為所有上司都會好似父母咁有耐性去包容同指導下屬吧。

下屬幫唔到手，一係捉入房訓示，一係就請佢另謀高就，正常的。
