Anyone can comment the quality of pn class  of tutortime at breamar hill and kowloon tong？ many thanks

My boy started attending TT pn Kowloon Tong in March.  Overall speaking, it is good.  But the school fee is really expensive.  We'll change to another kinder this Sep.
