the only primary has swimming lessons is Kennedy. All secondary schools have swimming pool and do it regularly.

I dont think every ESF primary is 100% exactly the same. Which ESF are you talking about?

Beacon Hill School students start swimming from Year 4 once a week. BHS does not have a pool of their own. I think they go to the pool at Australian International School.

Shatin College let Shatin Junior uses their pool, and I heard they start swimming lessons since Year 1.
