Honestly, the competition wouldn't reply to your thread, and others (like me) who didn't have recent interview with GSIS can't answer your question, so expect radio silence in terms of getting answers.

Do you mean the 'competitors' won't reply to my thread? Why? Haha, may be I'm too naive, I thought it is not 'harmful' just to share a piece of information. Anyway, I still want to thank you for replying my thread ....hahaha :)

No, we went to the assessment recently.

I guess  I lived in North America for too long. Yes, we used the word "competition" when referring to people, including competitors in the areas of romance, school & work. Didn't realize anything's wrong with the grammar until you pointed it out. LOL.

Anyhow I guess I was a bit too honest. Apologies.

Yes we received the invitation of assessments recently.

They don't interview everyone.  But at the same time, they conduct a lot of interviews at different times.  So in effect I think they are able to interview most on the waiting list.  Got friends who put in an application quite late but still managed to get an interview in the March/April round.  But of course they are highly selective.

We submitted 2 years ago when my gal was 1. The interview will take place in January
