Private school bus company. They say they do HK island runs, but you may ask if they do Kowloon/HK island as well.
Alternatively, do consider moving for the benefit of the child if it is not too inconvenient for the parents. We are moving; expect the child to stay until high school graduation (or transfer to another school nearby if needed), so the move is really worth it.
