Either Fri 12:20 - 1:05 pm, 13 May - 15 July;

Pre-School Gymnastics
Level 1 (Ages 3 - 5) : 10 sessions, $650 member / $720 non-member
EITHER Tues 4:30 - 5:30 pm, 10 May - 12 July
OR Wed 2:40 - 3:40 pm, 11 May - 13 July
OR Fri 1:35 - 2:35 pm, 13 May - 15 July
OR Sat 9 - 10 am, 7 May - 9 July
After passing Level 1, the kids will progress to Level 2, then Level 3 and Level 4. Levels 2 - 4 are for kids aged 3 - 6.
There will be assessment(s) and a little competition towards the end of the gym programme, and also a report slip. A valid report slip (i.e. pass) is required for progression to next higher level.
Application for non-members :

(New participants who would like to join the YMCA gymnastics programme are welcome to attend)

Fee for assessment : $20
Assessment dates : Sat 19 Mar, 1:30 - 2 pm; Tues 29 Mar, 7 - 7:30 pm
You can call to ask but I think this is for participants who wish to join higher level gym classes instead of Level 1.
There are about 20 kids in Level 1 class, with 2 or more instructors to a class. (Forgot exact no. of instructors, but it must be between 2 - 4, anyway not less than 2.) Classes are held in the gym on 2/F of TST YMCA.
Smaller kids do learn to become less clumsy after these classes, and their movement is smoother. |
