I joined when my son was around 10 month and finished when he was 15 months. I think it is a good playgroup for a start as it teaches all the body parts, and discipline (like raise hands, help push chairs etc).

It is good for a start because they understand the basic needs to very young babies. After 15 months you can explore other playgroups.
