P1 如何提高英文成績

P1 女，數中常測試都是9X，英默次次都會滿分，但英文測考每次都只得8X。其實我花最多時間就系陪她溫英文，但次次出來成績都不理想，平時問她就答得出，但一定考試閱讀理解，有些陌生的單詞就不行了，今次考試：WHO WHAT WHERE 這些全填錯，但平時問她就沒問題。請問各位有什麼辦法可以提高，又或者有什麼英文班可推薦，本人住長沙灣區。多謝!

多讀，多聽，多看，大膽講

既然知道孩子测考失分原因，便针对性和孩子温習吧。阅讀理解好要建基於平日多阅讀，没有捷徑走的。

語文要浸，沒有即食的。短期內可買些練習給她做，不過不要太多嚇怕了她。

8X分都覺得好差？可能孩子就是因為壓力太大而在考試發揮不了！

我記得我個囡，應該有人提過佢，所有what，when……要填，個答案一定有key word嘅，佢会間住個key word。你有冇教佢。
另外，如果英文8x分想更高分，小一暑假咁多日，每天分派一D時間，復習小一嘅英文，鞏固基礎，学上去比較易明白！

太太，妳個女得6歲咋....比番啲童年佢啦!!人比人比死人!妳問問自己在職場上或家庭上是否100分員工或100分媽咪.自己辛苦可以休息，小朋友卻冇休息。不要比太大壓力，80幾已好叻了!

Give her reading time, let her read for fun, and don't require her to do reading reports for those fun reading books. When she has established a daily reading habit, her English standard will rise.

要提高英文成績一定要培養閱讀英文書的興趣！你女兒喜歡看書嗎？我記得我女女P1時喜歡Rainbow Magic、Little Ballerina等，也有人喜歡老鼠記者等。看得書多很多文法句式不用死記硬背，自然就懂！如果要花時間找補習、操題目不如趁她年紀還小去圖書館或書店explore吓。看多書將來對writing也很大幫助，不用谷。

非常同意，睇書係最好最有效。
可惜，而家見到太多小朋友好細個就戴眼鏡，我女K3已有幾個同學要戴，搞到我都cut down小朋友睇書的時間。

吾比仔女睇書，以前真係想都無想過！

Agreed!  Reading really helps.  I started to go to library to borrow books when I was in secondary school - too poor and no library at all in my school and around my place...after started reading, my language ability got improved plus I was lucky enough I encountered a number of good English teachers.

I do agree reading may indirectly increase the shortsighted degrees in eyes, but it still worth to read.  Reading and what you got from reading can last forever though it won;t come within a short period of time.

I know your kid also read a lot.  Just would like for your opinion, my kid likes reading both Eng and Chinese books in the past, but now he focuses in reading Chinese books and almost put English books aside.  How could I encourage him to do both in parallel or just like him decide?  I will put English books in his school bag though and he will read then, need to push him...

Many thanks Joanthony.  This helps a lot already.  I will try to do so.  My kid won't resist but just not take initiative to look for English books.  I think it may not be too difficult to encourage him for the time being, fingers crossed.  Many thanks
