My son is still in PN so we are not eligible yet.
We are still thinking whether we should apply.

Haven't decided yet but probably will take the offer.  Other schools' results will not be ready at least 2 months later.  Not too worry Nord Anglia is new in HK.  I am more concern if it can really deliver the education that the principal said they will, and whether the curriculum is well-balanced enough.  I really don't want a pure academic school.
Also, students will take the IB diploma in the final 2 years.  This makes this school a hybrid with English curriculum and eventually IB.

From web, it said $2000 for applying fee, when got interview, need to pay extra $2000, is it means that need to pay $4000 before the interview?
Is the school worth to study?

Application fee for international school is similar.  Worth it or not is too personal.  Most importantly is whether the school fits your kid rather than the number of like and dislike.  My kid used to attend a quite well known private school (even though many outsiders still consider it as int'l school), but it didn't fit him and he ended up not enjoying going to school nor did the school fit what we are looking for in terms of overall education.
In summary, I believe no one can answer your question about "worth" precisely.

Hi elock, thank you for your sharing. So in comparing with your kids's previous school,  what is the advantage  you/ your kids see and like about NAIS than the previous one? is the old one too stress on academic?

Hi readymama, this school is more all rounded to me.  The previous school focuses on academic much much more.  But the main difference I see in my kid is how open up and excited he is by attending this school.  He talks about school life everyday.  In the past, he hardly uttered a word about school life and even when asked he showed no interest in discussing it.
I believe more people are interested in this school now because there are lots of applicants.
Hope you'll find more comments useful!

Thank you for your sharing! Great to hear that your kids enjoy the school!  I at the end didnt attend NAIS interview due to the location & expensive fee & cost but now is a bit regret of missing the chance.

Hi readymama, so which school did your kid attend interview(s)?
Don't regret!  As I said, a school that fits your kid is more important than how famous a school is.
It is happy to see your kid bringing a smile to school!!
