How will you compare these two?

高小上高中非一條龍, 港小上港中就係一條龍。 高中係津校, 免費, 港中係直資, 要錢。 不過兩間理念幾唔同, 視乎你覺得小朋友和家長適合邊間。

如果小朋友似乎兩間都應該適應到（當然都是靠估），咁又該怎揀？大家對這兩間的中學又怎評價？

如果小朋友兩間適應到，或者可以考慮家長較認同哪一間學校的教育理念及有沒有宗教背景。而中學方面，高主教剛換了新校長，盧校長在教區中學名氣大，相信她有能力提升學校成績，而港同不太認識，未能給予意見。

Thanks for your reply.  I really want to know more about the HKUGA College, but it seems that there are not many discussions here.

HkUga 现時DSE 成绩應屬band 2头，而RC 就屬band 1 尾。加上hkuga 位置偏僻，但明年会通M丅R。而RC爲津校免費。个人会取RC。
但要明白這些因素都会隨時改变，即津校有机会变直资，中學成绩有可能改变。HKUGA现在，轉了校長後，巳把P1-3 成绩提升，以拉高将來書院成绩。
最重要分别是小學一間傳統一間較多活動。所以都要睇小朋友性格和能力。

Thanks for your opinion.  In fact, the DSE results of these two schools are quite comparable.  The result of English of HKUGA is better and the other core subjects are comparable.  The % of students attaining 3322 at RC is higher than that of HKUGA, which may due to the fact that HKUGA accepts all students from its primary section.  I would say, given the fact that HKUGA is a new school, I assume the students for the first two years might not be mostly band one students when they entered the college, whereas RC has always been a band one school.  The DSE results are surprising comparable.  My friend, who is a teacher in a band one secondary school, has commented that the DSE result of HKUGA is definitely in the band one range .  I do think HKUGA has done a good job.  I am just worried if the Founding Organization is really committed to make improvements for the school in the long run.

如果樓主重視兩間學校的中學前景，或者我再講多啲高主教書院情況。我對高主教書院前景甚樂觀，原因在於盧校長絕對有能力提升高主教成績。她之前做另一間教區中學校長，本身是Band3學校，在她帶領下，已升至Band2,現在仍提升當中，對於她調任高主教書院校長，學校師生均不捨。另外，我認識高主教書院一位老師，他亦表示盧校長相當能幹，有方法。並表示老師工作量增加不少，但大家都願意做，因為校長親力親為，老師也不敢怠慢。本

Thanks for your reply.  I think the campuses of the two schools are both ok.  You are right that I need to make sure my child likes the school he will go to. :)
