如果小朋友讀了普英班，係唔係之後通常讀國際學校？如果讀國際學校有無一些不是太貴的選擇？讀普英班有沒有機會讀local 學校，因小朋友沒有學廣東話，local. 學校收唔收？thanks

This article cited one extreme example who was said to be a graduate from IS many years ago -- bascially devoid of logic and common sense. Do take a grain of salt if you really want to read it. There are some threads and discussions on this article, you may be interested to pursue further.
About your question, if the kid's mother tongue is Cantonese, then do NOT choose Mandarin/English class unless you are well prepared for further studies at IS.
