Hi, sorry I don't know how to type Chinese. I would like to ask any St.Cat K2 mommies what thier kids are learning in terms of Chinese writing, maths and English writing. I am considering to enrol my kid there and would like to see if the standards match (he is now studying in an "easy going" kinder). Thanks a lot.

Any St. Cat K2 mommies out there? I just want to know like which chinese characters the K2 kids are writing, do they need to know 2 characters word? Do they need to write simple english words now? or just letters? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Baoma

My daughter is in Upper class. When she was in k2, she need to write simple chinese word and eng word. The workload is not heavy. It will be a little more hard in 2nd semestre, it is not difficult to adapt it. They will learn more Phonics in Lower class and will be able to spell simple eng words.

Thank you ChristyBBmama. What kind of Chinese characters would they need to learn? I am worried about my kid's Chinese not up to standard, he is studying in a kind of international kinder.
