If sent out this morning, should be received the letter by this afternoon. Right?

Is it true that they only sent out invitation letters to students who have 2nd in?So students who do not qualified for 2nd in, will not receive any letters? Just want to know! Thanks a lot!

No problem. I just thought I don't have to go through the heart attack of opening the letter if I know that I will not received a letter at all if no 2nd in. haha.....

From last year experience, the number is 3159xxxx, don't treat it as cold call. Good Luck to all of you!
