2014-2015 P1 -- 2nd interview letter

We have 2nd interview on 1 Novemebr 2013.  Please advise if anybody get the 2nd interview date after that date?  My friend said it is the last date for 2nd interview.  Is it right?

the result will be announced in the sch web site
and follow by letter

last year, the result released on 26 Nov, which was the same day of 自行分配學位
don't know if it is the same in this year.
