是啊，僱主較熟HD, 不過我又估唔到政府自己都會唔認Asso. degree, 唔係政府同大學攪出來既咩？

在我的行業，Asso. degree即HD , 唔同大學唔同叫法而已（同一科同一大學並沒有同時又有asso. degree 又有higher diploma），總之就係sub-degree 啦。

You can check the syllabus of the both programs, you can see the difference easily.
One is more vocational and the other is too general, after two years, you can see how much the student can learn from the programs.

I always recommend teens to take HD and have a valid qualification, well recognized by employers and can have top up degree for academic advancement.

For HD, I recommend IVE.

and wisdom to know the difference.
