Go to UCAS website and you can see all details. Better ask him to do it.

係填form, 吾洗寄資料???????出年做遲吾遲????

(但我英文吾係太好, 問agent 佢話吾係佢負責U, 每個U收HKD3000, 都幾貴)

It is a matter of wasting money to engage an agent to fill in the UCAS form. Your son or kid should be capable to handle the application, If not, he/she is not fit to study overseas.

No need to use agent, it is DIY on line application. Deadline is Dec 15 2013 for oct 2014 entry!

I guess your son may face a bit difficulty in preparing the personal statement only, he can refer to UCAS website, which has a section to guide him to make a strong personal statement.
