Have you had any ideas about the two kindergartens?  I ask because you are looking at two different kindergartens.  YC (Int'l class) is meant for those who prepare to study international school in the future.  Soka is more or less meant for local schools.

Moreover, Yew Chung (international class) has two class teachers including a native speaker.  I don't know about the teachers in Soka, but it seems they have local Chinese teachers only.  Right?  Individual preference may not suit everyone's need.  It's better to tell what you want before suggesting you the best choice.
