想問每科(中,英,數)每日/每週功課量。
中,英默書係咪每週一次?
仲有冇其他功課,如週記。
有冇需要每日睇課外書?

About 15 mins for Chi/Math/Eng for G1, sometimes none
No regular dictation at all depends on teaching progress and class group
Journal writing once a week for English, but not for Chinese
Reading is on children's own interest, never compulsory, but encourage on reading in homeroom and library session, etc...

There will be a PBL semester during Dec to end Jan inbetween the 2 terms for students to prepare a group presentation.   Project will be done in school, parents only need some help on information searching.

Subject projects, like IS models or experiments are quite easy and children can handle on their own.  Only help from parents for making model sometimes.

Show and Tell on English once every 2 months...

2 so call formal exams on Chi/Eng/Math only, one on early december, one on early June.  Assessments on every topic completion during class and is kind of reflection on thier class participation and learning progress.

No marks but a rubic to show different perspectives on learning.

For example, like English writing...rubic grade from A to D according to the writing contents, sentence complexity, if the gramma or format assigned (like 6 traits, sequence, nouns, adj, pass tenses) had been properly used, etc...

Parents can see where is the strength or weakness on their child's learning.
