令人失望的tko boxhill

由於讀插班的關係一於tko 區內只有boxhill 有位，唯有入讀該校。第一日返學已喊哂囗，以為5適應全英語環境。
一星期都係甘。。。同老師傾，仍然一樣。。。
到依家，幾個月了，仍然不想返學！
之前由工人接送，及至奶奶到來幫手，先問:點解d老師甘冇禮貌，5同人打招呼？
係咪講英文先睬你？
此外，同時2個小朋友入去，點解又係應一個，5應一個？
到入去玩，又係大b先去，但最後d玩具又係俾左其他小朋友？

之後我都有去了解，當然呢d係個人觀察同感受，但令我深感失望。。。
故我決定下年度轉校，無谓令大b5開心！

其實自己的亦是細女，最初選TKO Boxhill貪近，但之後真心係覺得幾好，(因以前工作關係，都會以較嚴格及以老師角度去留意學校)，平心而論除覺得此校很乾淨衛生外、老師姐姐上上下下都很有愛心、亦能給予良好語境、只是地方小了點，（但這點可接受因只是幾小時，下午會多帶去公園平衡）是這一年內自已完全感受得到的，意外的是沒有想過家長日那天，老師是準備了一個box file,內裏是自己小朋友上堂的情況，相片、評估、作品，亦有対小朋友改進及可發揮地方提出建議，這是令自己意外及感動的！ 由於有段時間自己需一段頗長時間out town，便交給由嫲嫲及姐姐帶返放學，想不到嚴厲的嫲嫲亦有讚此校（佢不懂英語），所以可能每個人感受不同吧！但亦建議你與老師多點溝通了解你小朋友上課程況及性格，以過來人談，有些小朋友性格是較缺乏安全感、這點是亦需要在家留意，日常照顧及教導方式亦會大影響。希望你能選到一所適合你及你小朋友的學校。

我聽日面試，希望得，因為我突然搬家，所以，希望今次搵呢間boxhill nursery 係好既，學到野同最緊要開心！

兩歲班，主要是給小朋友羣體生活適應及校園模式初體驗，學習音樂、藝術、感觀期知識會有，但正識知識學習是K1

平心而論，校長幾好，姨姨都好nice,老師整體有禮貌，但個別老師不作評論。
視乎你入到邊班，小朋友同老師夾5夾。

好明顯，我大b同老師5夾！

Thx for giving this valuable comments. I think my choice to Boxhill is correct.  To be honest,  I do have positive feeling on this school.  My son has joined their playgroup for several mths.  Teacher Anjania (weekday class ) n Rachel (sat class) are good n considerate.  They love kids.  Receptionist Ms Betty is very responsive n helpful.  Besides, I attended their recently arranged 3 workshops ( no such free workshop in other Boxhill campus or other kindergarten).  These workshops are very useful n informative.

Actually based on my experience and observation from the first time I called the school office, and the school interview, playgroup and the free parents' seminar I attended, and subsequent phone communication with Ms Betty, I really think that the school is very reasonable, and the principal, teaching and support staff are very nice and patient to kids.

Our kids just spend 3 hours in school n it is definitely the parents' duty to work together with the school for nurturing our kids. My bb has very serious separation anxiety n he still cries sometimes. But, I still remembered the principal has taught us how to handle the separation anxiety n it did work for my bb. All the teachers, staff n aunties r very caring n they remember most of the kids' names. I think all parent should have self reflection n try to really follow the suggestions from the school n u may find your bb is totally different from what u thought he/ she was. So, I would encourage u to talk to the class mistress again n u may find a solution together. Don't give up as there r 2 more months to go for this semester n a bb can grow so fast n change so much within these two months.  Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to  all of the teachers, staff, aunties n principal as they r definitely doing a great job to educate our kids.

Tks  all of you share yr experience for me.
Although i think most of staff  in this school are helpful, i still made the decisions which will quit in coming school year.

I have high hope in this school too...wish my boy will enjoy his nursery year !

I do think mutual communication with school is very important! My boy started the pn class several months ago. At the first week he did has anxiety of attending class on his own (vs playgroup with maid)! I asked the teacher to share with me her experience and she said it's a matter of time. Later on my boy did get used to the school life. The class teacher keeps on monitoring the progress of my boy n made notes on the handbook. The teacher is also proactive to report her observations with parents. When I requested the class teacher to give me a call for discussion, she really did. Also, through the handbook, parents would know what will be taught in the class for that week. The student portfolio prepared by the school every term is impressive, with photos, comments n evaluations!

見到噉多好評真係放心曬!其實之前在談幼稚園那邊有讀到K3的家長对Box Hill的正評，但唔知點解成個post冇左!好希望那些在TKO Boxhill讀到K2、K3的家長可再分享多少少!萬分感激!

每間學校都有好同5好的一面，世事無完美，人無完人，故我將自己的經歷分享，的確，tko boxhill 令我失望！我入學前都有極高期望，因火炭boxhill 評價甚高。。。
但地點5同，授課老師5同，冇得比~~~
因為希望越大，失望越大！

我女插班入K2, 我覺得老師好好，好有passion & heart去教小朋友，睇到老師好用心去預備教材及功課，老實講間學校係小朋友讀，最緊要係小朋友返學開心，鍾意同學到嘢，我個人就非常滿意間學校！
