4月面試, 好多人年紀比較大

所以我估到

是幾類人面試, 是一些有面試的小朋友對我說

1. 英國寄宿學校grade 12,13 學生 , 父母在隔離

2.大部份人的樣較成熟, 有些是讀完uni 的

3. 錯過第一輪12月面試的學生(IB ), 被安排在4月

好多原因, 錯過, 不一定是能力不行

4月面試的學生, 也陸續收到OFFER

港大42分

中大41-42分

醫學院教授問的問題, 毫不留情, 2位輪流問

是否計算埋follow-up questions?


通常好似三條，一條個人General, 一條時事，一條ethical。


不過好多條follow up questions and scenario analysis.

This year conditional offers.

For HKU, I know it's 43. PG 45, attachment at QMH.

For CUHK, 41-42. PG 43-45.

Anyway, no matter it is 41,42,43, these are a academically very competent!

This is also what I understand the situation this year.
However, there is one exception. I was told by my friend that her daughter's close friend obtained an offer of IB 36 from HKU (her PG is 45). She is from an IS.

PG is PG....

What I heard from professors that they suspected the PG may be overstated for all qualifications, like DSE, and IB.

Also they granted less CO this year, as they expect keener competition of DSE and IB or other qualifications this year, they need to wait and see the actual results before making offers.

This is medical school, we have never heard of any unconditional offer!

I do not know whether she has any other qualification. However, my friend told me that she has 2 offers from medical schools in the UK (including one from IC).

I have no idea but I think it should be an CO because UK would not give an unconditional offer unless you have already obtained the qualification which is equal or exceeds the requirement of an usual offer.

We are on the same page.

For 36 UO, I talked to a couple Medic professors, they doubt about that. Even last year, double cohort, 40 is the min.
