If just talking about "wish", I would imagine pretty close to 100%? I am sure everyone want to be fluent not just in English but "兩文三語". In reality, I am not sure how many actually can achieve it.

Depends how you define fluency. English to a level you can compete successfully in debate competition, far less than 10% of total student population in HK.

Chinese? I think 90% plus HK student can achieve debate fluency.

Wild guess within international schools in HK, 10-15% as maximum now, 15-30% 7 years later, over 60% 15 years later. Native speaking English + Cantonese+Putonghua

不用任何調查, annie40發現，逾10成本地父母期望子女長大後可操流利英語，普通话, 廣東話,另加三种外语,例如欧语+亚洲语+非洲语+阿拉伯语等.

As the number of HK and Chinese students increasing, your prediction is believable for now and 7 years. I have a little bit of concern on dropping of standard in English in some IS in 10/15 years.

我的经验是这样的, 一般香港的IS 孩子是以环境习惯成自然的, 见到父母, 自然转广东频道, 按中广东想和讲, 见普通话老师和朋友自然用普通话思維, 见同学外籍人士, 就转英语思维频道.

基本发梦讲甚么话, 等同做梦时看见那种圈子, 受subconscious 控制的

今天虎妈虎爸多, standard in English 只会升,不会跌. 反而应该担心是非常没有西方味道的外语教育,原来法国餐厅有'干炒牛河'食, 于是大家用流利法语点唐餐. 因为唔懂吃欧洲菜, 经典也!

依我觀察，本地學生少有能以英語思維，不用在腦內翻譯。
