与其小圈子内喝酸辣烫,分享negative feelings.  不如认真交多几个soul mates ,心肠好过我, 叻过我, 醒过我,有钱过我,为人正义, 孩子是明星, 结果是听君一席话, 胜读十年书..............

What is happiness?  There's a theory saying it's essential to have the following three elements:

a) Time  (the youngster is richer than the older)
b)  Health (including mental and physical)
c)  Contentment - it could be anything to make you feel good, superior, rich,........

Once I told my daughter she is  wealthier than LiKaShing at the moment in term of happiness because she has more time in life theoretically, she is dynamic and energetic definitely, and she is in a process to reach the top of her potential.   

In case there's a job offering her good money, but occupies all her time, deteriorate her health, and gives poor contentment, or even none.  Then it must be a noisy career.

Those are high bars, I am not sure a lot of people have all three!  Am more interested in how does one prioritize the three in terms of importance to achieve happiness?
