Manhabit vs York

My son is studying in Manhabit right now and he got accepted by York K1 Montessori AM class.
Tough call for me as he likes Manhabit very much and the teachers are nice, academic is ok. Just concern about the path to go in Primary.... as this kinder is rather new!
York seems to have stronger English base and its more well known in history...

Appreciate any of your advise. thx so much!!

I will stay in Manhabit if I were you.
I was told that Manhabit graduate have more chance to enter CKY.
Most importantly,your son enjoys study there and the teachers are nice to your son.

actually I like both kindergartens, so its very difficult for me to pick one.
I would prefer my son has stronger academic background during his 3 years in kinder, Manhabit is good at developing good habit and manners, while academic may not be their priority concern. but the connection with CKY is very attractive though...
York seems to have stronger foundation in English and Math, with big and new school facilities. Primary listing seems good per the comments here...
any more comments? thx a lot!

If you are planning to have your kid study in DSS or private school, York should be the choice for you. I believe York can hep to equip our kids for these school.
The connection between CKY and Manhabit is true? I would be happier if the school accept my son solely because of his quality but not special connection.
My son is now studying in York International stream. My son loves to go to school. Show interest in doing homework. He loves to sing the song that his teachers taught him in class!

What if one day Ms Lau is no longer the principle in CKY. Will Manhabit still have advantage?

thats also my concern. but despite from this forseen advantage, the teachers are nice and teach with heart. They seems to know every kids characters and their S and W. I'm happy with that.
so do you mean if you were me, you will choose York over Manhabit? thx!

I have no clue to Manhabit but if i were you, i would choose one with established history.  I actually buy the concept of Manhabit, but am not sure its delivery.  Perhaps you can share other than teachers' nice and caring characters, what else that this kinder can deliver?

My son is currently studying in York. He loves to go to school. He loves all his teachers. He is singing to me the songs he learnt in school everyday! All these prove to me that he enjoys his class a lot!

雖然我囝囝今年9月先入讀PN, 分別有Manhabit 同 York offer, 最後我Manhabit冇留位。因為冇數據睇到CKYS一定收，如果萬一唔收，考其他直資私小就有困難了。Manhabit係Happy School, 課程又唔深，上津小可能都會辛苦呢。

York好似條路闊啲，起碼都見到有畢業生考到各名直資私小包括CKYS. 英文又有一定程度。

其實正路係選York。地方大D，又有歷史。但係Manhabit的學生少，上至校長，下至姐姐小朋友全部都好熟。Net teacher 又一起吃茶點、等校車。要選一間適合自己小朋友既幼稚園真係要花點功夫。
