I am not "blowing water". It is real case. I have about 10 friends living in HK island and NONE of them have heard of CKY, TSL, APS, KTS. 1-2 of them has heard of SFA.

It is not these parents are naive, but, in fact, these schools are not famous enough than those top ones.

平生不識九芳宣，就稱怪獸也枉然。自己也是近兩三年才聽過YWGS , SMCC,知道有4間St paul同4間TL.

Agree! Amount my friends, 9 out of 10 had not heard of CKY. Most of them are even Kowloon residents.
Luckily it even less famous 6yrs ago.....

阿bblovebb2 呀！唔使甘緊張，話明最top 梗係的一間，非SPCC 莫屬！其他學校成績好都唔夠SPCC 出名，rite? 所以成績加名氣當然SPCC 啦！我冇話其他唔好，係綜合應該冇spcc甘top ! 甘樣理解你會否好D？

我覺得都係鮮魚行最Top: 人唔收的我收,真正有教無類,Top! 獎勵學生用食物,真正了解學生需要,Top! 力勸天份男生去男拔,拍埋心口擔保,愛不是佔有,為你好我送你走,Top! 殺校殺咁多年都仍然掙扎求存,永不放棄,Top!

爛gag一個,搞吓氣氛而已,見笑

Some of my friends also係港島區大嘅朋友也只識英華女校！

至於另一間英華(南昌站附近)，都係上EK至叫做知道有呢間小學

何況部份新晉嘅直資/私校。

Both 英華 are famous, but the girls' one is much more prestigious.

St Stephen Girls' is Band 1A
St Stephen College is Band 2

But don't know why these few years St Stephen College Primary becomes one of the dream schools of many parents, esp those living in Kowloon side.

如果唔係入小一, 我好多學校的名都唔知.

正如我是九龍人, 而且是男仔, 基本上都唔會過海讀. 都唔會點研究香港個邊既學校, 但當然校名會知, 不過要我分佢地長短處, 強弱, 我分唔到, 因為基本無研究過.

同樣香港島人唔知九龍區學校唔出奇, 尢期 "港女" (香港島的女仔 - 港島區大把好女校)

我覺得如果揀BEST OF THE BEST, 應該唔止睇成績, 仲有體藝/公開比賽成績, 舊生成就, 有幾多名人, 誇D講: 江湖地位

Similarly, my HK friends only know very few Kowloon kindergartens, such as St Catherine's and Kentville. They have never heard of those like HK Preschool, 劍鳴, 金巴倫, York, 創價, etc.

聖士堤反女子中學部分學生是香港大學首批畢業的女學生。在學校畢業的名人有范徐麗泰、葉劉淑儀、蘇施黃、俞琤、吳君如、江欣燕、江希文、林詠琛。
