my daughter also gets an pm offer.  My daughter cried twice during the interview and I brought her out twice to calm down her.  My daughter also can only partially answer the questions.  However, it seems to me that the teachers quite appreciated she can calm down after crying; and they smiled while I said I don't want to force my daughter and asked them if I can do the interview later.  I also explained that my daughter was being scolded by a foreigner during playgroup and thus she cried when she saw the teacher (indian).  I don't have any special background n network.  The medium for interview is english for eng-cantonese class.  I am quite surprised to get an offer... I hope that those parents preparing for future interview take it as a reference....

收了pm offer.首選pm. 英文 IN. 攞故事外籍老師指著隻好細既crab 問我個仔. 但我個仔話係turtle! 老師話是crab...其他問題都有答. 有唱abc songs 唱左一半. 沒connection. 父母非名校

一去到group in.要同我分開小小距離佢喊..老師就話咁我可以stay beside him~
之後佢自己玩..玩完就拆開佢..老師中途唱歌佢都有望住唱~
到行出去...見net..亞仔一入去就想走...net話唔洗驚..媽媽陪住你..咁我就開始填問卷~!
其實我唔係好知咩情況..因為我好小望住佢..但你地好似多數都睇到哂成個過程...
我都係間唔中偷望...我填得好差又核突..我諗問卷唔係好計分
我見到net比張sheep picture亞仔..問佢咩黎..之後拎返分左4塊o既同一個sheep比佢砌返埋去..見唔到佢o岩唔o岩..
又見到佢用盡力打開個盒...佢好開心打開左我聽到佢拍手
之後入面有d lego..唔知老師叫佢拎3 yellow or 2 red...4 blue.~又有食物叫佢feed媽咪食...
之後叫佢拎書...佢一路睇唔知佢地講咩就2個都係度笑...我見到我個仔話..turtle呀..老師又好開心咁..
我諗係老師一路開where is xx..where is xx..where is xx
咁老師無問..我仔都主動講~
到佢地in完..我話我未填好..老師話咁你繼續填..我地繼續睇..
老師有唱歌..但唔知我仔有無唱..
我估佢入到係因為佢表現出好鍾意睇書同埋好投入....
我地唔係名校出身..都唔係住貴樓...唔係好專貴o既職業~!

Thx for detailed sharing!  I got similar questions as you, but I didn't notice whether my kid could do the task or not since I was busy in filling in the questionnaire!  But I filled in very non-organized due to the time constraint!

其實我囡上年都勁喊，我最後calm down佢，到問答環節對答如流，反應快，最後有am offer.
所以好同意belairewong的説法，老師會appreciate當小朋友喊了，如小朋友能冷靜做返老師的指令及家長處理恰當，那返而會給老師有好印象，可取得更高分。
