York的面試是好人性化，亦好似嘉年華會，你一定要兩個人同細路去。首先喺門口有個姨姨噴消藥水，然後行落樓梯 就會遇一個老師同你打招呼，叫你去走廊最尾間房度報到，佢會俾個標籤你，你就等，小朋友可在外面玩滑梯同跳彈床，老師叫號碼，你就帶小朋友去禮堂，老師同小朋友玩遊戲，載歌載舞，然後先分組上班房等面試，等候室有玩具同埋真兔仔，再嗌名三對親子一入房車輪轉形式面試，一個老師問家長小朋友日常生活，然後到另一張檯同小朋友玩遊戲面試，都係顏色，形狀，生果，動物同砌圖。完成有禮物做紀念品，三星期後有通知。

one of the questions is to ask my gal to point what animal can fly! She is just 1.5 years. It is already excellent if she can speak out the animals name. Also, they arrange the dummies of apple, orange and peach and ask which one is the biggest. First, to me, all size are similar, and second, those questions are more to K1 instead of PN level.

I honestly think those questions are quite non-sense to a PN children. The worst thing is the teachers does not even have patient to wait for my gal to respond. The impression is, ask you this question, and if you cannot answer right away, then, you fail.

The teacher had a black face when my gal failed to answer the first question (which animal can fly from the pix)

我個囡in N1時，NET老師仲好有耐心甘引導她找出邊個是蘋果，因個紅色既peach同個黑紫色既apple真係難分辨。最終我小女揀出蘋果果陣仲大聲喊出it's apple，很有成就感甘，NET仲為她鼓掌tim。我一D都不覺得他們黑頭黑面

如果面試時只以家長的背景、穿著、職業等等去揀小朋友，先至commercial

I agree that some kindergarten's interview questions are ridiculously difficult for PN children, perhaps its one of their method to eliminating out numbers.

咪就係。其實york 幾乎個個friday and/or saturday 都要 interview K1 / PN 學生, 佢大可以學維記一日(唔計second in)攪掂，但 york 個個禮拜都攪interview, 每次in 一小批學生，重質不重量，務求家長感受下york 的校園氣氛，又令小朋友in 得開心d，人地咁擺心機去準備家長+考生同學校的第一次見面, 偏偏成日俾人話commercial, 真係慘。york k2 安排多元智能班，令學生可以接觸不同的課外活動，既可慳了交通時間又可免了家長到處找playgroup 的嫲煩， 又俾人話commercial。報cambridge d考試又俾人話commercial，老實說大把人咪又係自己係出面報。唉，york 都幾可憐，不斷俾好多外人/非用家批評。

講真，我是面試果日先覺得york o岩我個女，我幾鐘意都不如小朋友自己鐘意。甘辛苦in完都不肯走，在校園又玩多半個鐘有多，被我用那免費發放的popcorn才引誘上車

同意，課程很好，很全面，校園又大，不知為什麼常常比人批撃。不過，校長又真係識做生意，收很多很多學生。我唔理這點，我只要有output就行。

York的確係一間好具爭議性的名校。
發生過浸禮班和超收學生的事件
我以前都覺得佢好commercial ，但係聽完講座同面試完都令我改觀。
我覺得佢哋用商業即用家和市場的角度提供教育服務，大家明買明賣。
你小朋友會學到咩，有咩outcome，有相有片為證，家長自己揀。
一個幼稚園面試攪到嘉年華會兼有爆谷送，我帶個女四圍面試，我自己都覺得York最開心，最有人性化。
唔似根記一衝入學校就即刻面試，小朋友都唔知發生咩事…. 唔似St. Cat.在門口排隊等好似虐兒….. 唔似有啲就逼埋晒一間房玩啲又爛又悶的玩具……
人哋有心服侍你小朋友，地方大，又靚，又一條龍課外活動…..學既係對升小一有用，唔係無聊嘢，你唔學又唔會逼你歧視你。係貴少少但唔駛再星期六帶佢學其他嘢，我覺得好舒服。
我覺得學店或commercial係指學費貴，但學嘅嘢無謂兼同出面一樣，只有名氣而無實用。一俾人問多句就露餡。
York係明買明賣，俾幾萬呎「九龍塘」地方你仔女玩同讀書，學費貴都應該。
